As a SQL-Server database product, Veco-onelettings™ will provide a total service to your clients from the initial point of contact through to the end of a tenancy. Applicants can be automatically matched with suitable properties, and behind the scene automation presents applicants with access to their individually prepared list of property choices. The software allows the recording of diary events such as viewings and appointments and will automatically upload property details to the most popular property web "portals".

Standard letters and window cards can be produced, and companies with multiple offices can share applicant and property details.

Veco-onelettings™ features a full double-entry, RICS/ARLA/CNR compliant accounting suite. The storage of all information relevant to carrying out a full letting, property management, and client accounting service to clients is available. The property management facility records comprehensive details about the property and tenancy, and includes an Outlook style diary for scheduled inspections and gas safety checks, and allows for the management of maintenance jobs. The accounting suite manages the collection of rent, and payment of supplier invoices, and automatically calculates fees, CNR tax, and payments to the Owner.

Detailed landlord statements can be produced at any time, and a comprehensive reporting facility is included.

Detailed reporting is provided along with one click instant management reports. The flexible design allows for comprehensive user or departmental parameterisation including user defined fields.
